As of December 8th, 2008, CMS has changed to SSO Authentication through SupplierNet. If you do not have an SSO#, you will be able to create one at the login site. If you have difficulties, please refer to the "Need SSO Registration Assistance" link, available on the left hand side of the SSO login page.
