View History of Changes for First Piece Report

The history of changes for a first piece report is located on the first piece request screen in the "CHANGE HISTORY" section below the "MAINTENANCE" folder at the bottom of the panel on the left. This screen will give a short description of the change, the name of the person the initiated the change, and the date the change was performed.
